Low Carb Parmesan Breaded Baked Pork Chops

No I haven't already broken my Whole 30 but I wanted to put up some more low carb recipes for those that aren't ready to make the Whole 30 jump. Since I have not made these recently I don't have pictures. But it is a pork chop so how pretty can it be right?

Low Carb Baked Pork Chops

2 large eggs
2 tablespoon canned coconut milk or mayo
3/4 cup ground almonds or pecans
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and Pepper
6 bone-in pork chops

Mix the eggs and coconut milk together until blended. Mix the nut flour, parmesan cheese, and spices together. Dip each pork chop in the wet mixture and then toss in the dry mixture making sure to press the dry mixture onto the pork chop. Put pork chop into a frying pan with coconut oil and fry until browned on each side. Put into a baking dish (glad dish helps brown) and cook for 30 minutes until internal temp is 145 degrees.

Once again the amounts are just starting points. Depending on what kind of dinner you are having you could add Italian Seasoning too and smother them with marinara. Maybe add a piece of Mozzarella  basil and tomatoes? Adding some Cayenne pepper would really spice these up. A large garden salad suits this perfectly with some Homemade Ranch Dressing. Make some cauliflower rice or mashed cauliflower for a southern Low Carb twist. This dish is very versatile and plays well with others. Unlike this guy --->
