Obviously these all play in-together. So for now, my goals are
- Lose 60 lbs
- Build up cardio strength/finish a 30 minute barre3 exercise without breaks
- Size 12/14 ( what 75% of my current closest is)
- Have my bp under 120/80 WITHOUT medication
Well that is inspiring.
Much better. So yes, I won't put my real weight on the interwebz because I don't want to. But I will put how much I lost each week, how many workout and that stuff. It isn't for you, it is for me. Accountability remember? Feel free to leave a comment if there is any info (other than my waist or weight) that you might find interesting.
